The existing 40’ x 60’ footprint of the pavilion on the Atlantic City Boardwalk has been re-envisioned by Hung-Yin Yen (DESA 2004) and Ching-Yi Chen in an attempt to maximize the usage of the space as a Holocaust Memorial and activate it as a gathering point on the boardwalk.
